Hotel Conrad Comfort offers conference facilities for organisers of training sessions, conferences, presentations, business meetings, and corporate events. Its location at 29A Josepha Conrada Street provides convenient access for participants travelling by car, minibus, or coach.
Conference Rooms
The following spaces are available:
Foyer — 40 m²
Room A — 70 m², for up to 50 people
Room B — 100 m², for up to 80 people
Rooms A + B — 170 m², for up to 130 people*
Rooms A + B + Foyer — 210 m², for up to 170 people*
The rooms can be combined using movable partition walls. This makes it possible to adapt the space to the type of event, the number of participants, and the planned room layout.
Room Layouts
The rooms can be arranged in theatre, classroom, banquet, cocktail, or U-shaped layouts. The final setup is agreed individually with the organiser.
Technical Facilities and Catering
The conference centre has a separate lobby with its own reception desk. Participants can access the venue directly from outside or through the hotel.
Wi-Fi, screens, projectors, flipcharts, sound equipment, coffee breaks, and conference menus are available on site.
